Rights Related to Automated Decision Making

You have rights regarding automated decision making and profiling. We do not currently use automated decision making processes.

Right to Withdraw Consent

Where we process your data based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within one month of receiving it, though in complex cases this may be extended by up to two additional months.

You will not usually need to pay a fee to exercise these rights. However, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to comply with your request if it is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive.

Data Security Measures

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest where appropriate
• Regular security assessments and updates
• Access controls limiting who can view personal data
• Staff training on data protection requirements

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by GDPR.

International Data Transfers

Your personal data is processed within the United Kingdom. Should we need to transfer data outside the UK or European Economic Area, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by GDPR.
